Need to Uplift Things

This blog might have kept me from calling ambulance so far, but in going over such negative things, it's now making things worse. Really need to try somehow to be more positive.

Things to be positive about:-

  1. Lovely family
  2. Tablets might eventually help.
  3. If I could get solid sleep & food might help
  4. Only a week ago I was at my mums. Drove over, cut her lawn, watched football.
  5. Not so long ago, confident at interview for job at Re-Think Printing, thought I could do the job well. Rang them, said I would have brought a lot of assets to the job, but preferred to mould someone in the role.
  6. All I need is a job with people, need company right now
  7. Think of all the great holidays I have had.
  8. Think of the great holidays I may yet have
  9. Liverpool qualified for Champion's League group stage, watched mast last night
  10. Apart from nigh time, was OK in South Africa, had a great time. Even OK during the two 13 hour flights. So don't understand how my mind is working now. Needed to really work on mindfullness, need to stay  in present
  11. Problems with non sleep in South Africa but coped with mindfullnes. Problems were due maily due to indigestion. Slept OK some nights - Wrote at 6.46 am
  12. Only Monday or Tuesday, put on best clothes. Rang Driver Hire, would have taken job, but he said very quiet at the moment, nothing going.
